🏞️ In the heart of one of Europe’s greatest canyons

A full immersion in the heart of the Verdon Grand Canyon, surrounded by towering cliffs and turquoise waters, right at the river’s edge.

Set off for a full day of exploration in the heart of the iconic Verdon Gorges, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, and experience this exceptional canyon in a whole new way — by packraft.

The route offers a playful whitewater descent through stunning landscapes. You’ll also enjoy exclusive access to remote, wild areas only reachable by river — places few ever get to experience — for a truly immersive adventure off the beaten path.

Throughout the day, you alternate between hiking and paddling for a fully immersive exploration of the canyon.

Starting from the iconic Blanc-Martel trail, the adventure immerses you in a spectacular mineral landscape where towering cliffs meet turquoise waters. Blending kayaking, dynamic sections, and quieter moments to soak in the scenery, the river naturally guides your journey

Packrafting opens the door to preserved, off-the-beaten-path areas, where the Verdon reveals its full power and character. An authentic immersion, right at the heart of the water and rock.

Led by a certified guide with expert knowledge of the area, this experience blends safety, technical guidance, and pure enjoyment for an adventure full of sensations.

It’s the perfect format to take it to the next level and experience the Verdon in a more exclusive way, right at the heart of the elements.

💪 Niveau 3 : Advanced

This level is designed for individuals with a good level of fitness who regularly practice endurance activities. It requires the ability to sustain prolonged effort (up to 6–7 hours), with more demanding routes combining paddling and hiking. Conditions may be more challenging and the environment more remote. Previous experience in calm water or at sea is recommended.

Technical requirements
  • Be able to swim at least 25 meters and be in good physical condition
  • Be comfortable hiking and able to navigate sometimes technical trails (elevation gain, uneven terrain) while carrying a backpack of around 10 kg.
  • Be comfortable navigating and maintaining control on Class I and II rivers (e.g. the Ardèche or similar).
  • The Advanced level is more technical in navigation than the Intermediate level, while remaining accessible to those seeking adventure and ready to engage in a more immersive experience.
